Theresa was fantastic and very straightforward with the car buying process. I drove from dayton ohio all the way up to Youngstown where they are located. and the whole time throughout the process she was as helpful as can be, especially giving the back and forth between me, a credit union, and her. The car even came with a warranty which is pretty good for a used car. I hope this car serves me well. I would purchase from here again and buy with Theresa again.

This is the first time I ever bought a car online with car guru, their associated partners at Sun Auto sales were freaking phenomenal made the process. Easy props to everyone in the office. There's too many names actually to even mention but the entire team at Sun Auto sales in Ohio is phenomenal. I bought this vehicle from Kansas City online and I am truly engaged with the professionalism and the integrity of all the employees at this place. This will not be the only vehicle I buy from them. Yeah it's 800 miles away but I'll tell you what for the customer service I got, it can be 2,000 miles away. I'm still going to do with these people again. Props to Sun Auto and all their staff. Thank you for making this doable. You guys are awesome 🙏👍🤗❤️

Theresa and the team at Sun Auto are absolutely amazing. She was able to work (patiently!) through a very complicated financing situation and get us into a fantastic vehicle. I have been driving it daily for two months and have had zero issues. I would absolutely recommend Theresa and Sun Auto to anyone.
